In Florida, ice is not optional
A bar without ice is a bar without drinks, and a hotel without ice gets a lot of calls to the front desk. When your machine slows down or stops, you need it fixed before the next rush, not next week.
Florida water is hard, and scale is the number one thing we find inside struggling ice machines. It coats the evaporator, slows harvest and eventually stops production. We fix what’s broken, clean and descale what’s dirty, and tell you how often it needs doing for your water and volume.
Call us if your ice machine is…
- Making less ice than it used to
- Making cloudy, soft, thin or odd-shaped cubes
- Leaking water or overflowing the bin
- Showing an error code or flashing light
- Freezing up into one big sheet
- Making ice that smells or tastes off

Most ice machine calls start with scale
A cleaning schedule is the cheapest repair there is.
Descale and sanitize
Manufacturers call for regular cleaning, and hard water and busy bars need it more often. We set a schedule that fits your water and your volume.
Filters that actually get changed
A clogged or expired filter starves the machine and lets scale through. We change them on every maintenance visit.
Health inspections
Inspectors look inside ice machines. Pink or black slime on the curtain or bin is a write-up waiting to happen.
Built for kitchens that can’t wait
When a walk-in quits, every hour costs you product and a health-code headache. We keep the whole thing simple: you call, we listen, and we get there with the parts to fix it.
Emergency service available
When a cooler quits and food is at risk, call. We treat it like the emergency it is.
Parts on the truck
Fan motors, contactors, thermostats, gaskets and more ride along, so most jobs get done in one visit.
Every major brand
Reach-ins, ice machines, walk-ins and cases from all the big names, old and new.
Licensed and insured
Straight answers on what’s wrong and what it costs before we start.
The brands we service
And just about every other commercial make.
Why is my ice machine making less ice?
The most common causes are scale on the evaporator, a dirty condenser, a clogged water filter or a failing water valve. In summer a hot room or a struggling remote condenser can also cut production. We find which one it is before we replace anything.
How often should an ice machine be cleaned?
Most manufacturers recommend a full cleaning and sanitizing at least every six months, and more often with hard water, heavy use or a dusty or greasy location. We’ll suggest a schedule after we see your machine.
Which ice machine brands do you repair?
Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic, Follett, Cornelius and other commercial brands, including the bins and dispensers they sit on.
Is it worth fixing an old ice machine?
Often it is. If the repair is a pump, valve, sensor or cleaning, fixing it makes sense. If the compressor or evaporator is gone on an older machine, we’ll give you the repair price and a replacement option side by side so you can decide.
