How do you size a walk-in system?
We look at the box size and insulation, cooler or freezer, how much product goes in warm, how often the door opens, and where the condensing unit will sit. Florida heat matters a lot for that last one.
Should the condensing unit go inside or outside?
Outside, on the roof or a pad, usually keeps heat and noise out of the kitchen. Inside can make sense in some buildings. We’ll walk you through the tradeoffs for your space.
Do you handle permits?
Tell us about your project and we’ll explain what permits and inspections your city or county requires and how we handle them.
Can you replace just the refrigeration system on my existing walk-in?
Yes. If the box, panels and floor are in good shape, replacing only the condensing unit and evaporator is often the best value.
